Try Farrow & Ball's "Dutch Pink " in their old-fashioned "National Trust" colour range (Homebase stock F & B's paint). Despite the name, there's no hint of pink - it's a sort of dusty, orangey, terracotta.

Both colours are ok, turquoise is quite a shocking colour, combined with white you will make your room bigger, with a strong colour like brown chocolate, orange, you´ll be very fashionable. Green should combine too. I like strong colours but it depends of the place you´re going to wear them!!
