4% = 4grams/100ml

you gave 5ml so you gave 4/20 = .2g = 200mg

well you have .2 ml of drug , and 4.8 ml distal water, but i cannot help you more than that because your question is not to enough to answer how many mg. ( i don't know how many mg in 1 ml of drug)
