Best way is to lift weights. You will lose fat, but muscle weighs more than fat, and you end up with a net gain.

Not all fat in your body is bad - your nervous system needs some to function. Make sure your fat percentage doesn't drop TOO low. A trainer at your gym should be able to help you with this.
