I've heard about acne diets (diets where you eat things that help reduce acne), and I know that certain foods can't cause acne, but if you eat certain foods that do things like eliminate stress, reduce inflammation etc then you can actually prevent acne. So I was wondering what those foods are, and how much of them I should eat.

I do not believe foods can change an acne problem very much unless you wash your face with them. In that case a few drops of vinegar or lemon juice in the last rinse will help kill bacteria and reduce oils.

You can try Pro-Active or if that is too expensive you can wash your face EVERY OTHER DAY with antibacterial hand soap. Do not try to use this everyday as it is too harsh and will dry your skin too much.
