She loves to play with them but sometimes eats them too? Can she get sick?

There wouldn't be enough soap in a few bubbles to do harm. One of my kittens used to do that. Someone gave my cats a Christmas present of some catnip bubbles for cats. That's fun and your cat might enjoy them too.

It would probably be better that the cat didn't eat the bubbles.
Depending on what soap you use, and how much the cat eats it could get sick. Maybe try to keep the cat out of the bathroom when you are in the bath.

no, not really. if she eats too much, she might get diarrhea. cats are crazy creatures!!!
