My 4 yr old is daughter can only communicate very little what should i do?

She needs to be evaluated by a speech pathologist. Hospitals all have them, and they do have outpatient therapy for children. Get this taken care of right away, as it WILL affect her school performance.

Since she is 4, most public school systems are required to do a speech and language evaluation at no cost, and also provide services if needed. I'd start by calling your local elementary school. If she is in preschool they can also make a referral.
