Sautee them in a non-stick pan with a tablespoon of stir-fry sauce.
Roast them with garlic.
Microwave them with some salt and pepper.

Pick a veggie... Cook it... add something from the spice rack. And, if all else fails, grab a couple cookbooks and see if there's anything you like.
