Would you buy a 1990 salvaged Cadilliac fleetwood with 190,000 miles?

I saw the vehicle in person its a really nice car looks very nice and driveable, i just wanted to know different opinions thanks!

Always try to find out what the salvage title is from and whether or not it was fixed responsibly. If you have all that info and you think the car is pretty straight, I still wouldn't pay much more than half of what the retail value of the car is. You can go to the NADA used car values site to find out what a non-salvage vehicle would be worth and then make the guy an offer.
