do you ever crave chocolate in the morning?

how do we know the body is asking for chocolate.

For me, chocolate is never a morning thing... too sweet. Late afternoon will do, thanks. I know when my body is craving chocolate because, well, I umm... crave it and think about it and then when I eat it, I know I was right!

I like chocolate in the morning and I crave chocolate after meals. I don't know the answer to your last question.

i usually crave it in the evening. i have to have something sweet after dinner.
