Does anyone know about a software called 'Adblaster'?

It claims to be able to 'blast' ads to 2.5 million websites and ffa's at the touch of a button but I would like to know if anybody's used it and does it work?

There is an Adware virus called Adblaster. The software you mention is not very good (imo). Other reviews in the link below:
