Trouble focusing or concentrating
Stomach upsetment
Headache
Bowel problems
Fidgeting
Sweating

To relieve stress:
Take deep breaths
Go for a walk
Pet an animal
Talk to a friend
Get something to eat
Take a warm bath

tired aches dogy gut etc
get something that relaxws you sof music bath massage but really you need to get to the root of the stress and eliminate it
