Yes you will need a visa. You will get it at the airport before you collect your luggage. If you are going from England the visa will cost you £10. It must be paid with 1 English ten pound note and they will not accept torn or defaced notes. Your time of arrival does not matter there will be someone there deal with visas as you cannot get through passport control without one.

Hi ya
I have been to Turkey a couple a times in the past couple of years and how the Visa works is that when u arrive in Turkey at the Airport you must produce an English Ten pound note, (as they don't accept Irish lol) when you get there, they stamp your passport for entertaining the country and along wiv that u get a visa stamp and that's that. Last time i was there was couple years ago so the entry fee may have went up but as long as you pay it in English notes you be grand. Hope that OK for you and hope you have great holiday.

The visa to enter Turkey is bought at the airport. You can't pay with Turkish currency so make sure you have a £10 note to buy the visa. And they will be doing the visas when you arrive, they are there all the time.

The Visa costs £10 and is obtained before going to passport control.Dont make the mistake of standing in long queue for passport control to be directed back to buy visa stamp this happens a lot.If more then one person they must have seperate £10 notes for instance a £20 note will not be accepted for two persons

If you are British you pay £10 at the airport, it has to be a note & they do not give change. Theres allways some one at the airport to give you visa. The visa is valid for 3 months

The visa office is to the left of Passport Control and has always been open whenever I have arrived during the past seven years. It is best to have exact change. If you are American, the price is $20 and the visa is good for three months.

Check with authorities, not everyone needs a visa. When visited last year I didn't need one. I'm from Sweden.

It actually depends on your nationality. European Union citizens doesn't need visa to enter Turkey. They just have to carry their passports and get in.
