give them either time off, or a gift certificate or have lunch brought in. DON'T arrange for an out of office company lunch, dinner, happy hour or anything on the companies behalf, your office members will feel obligated.
On the other hand maybe you need to lighten up on office policy, make it more enjoyable to be there less stressful.
