Marty I would suggest asking your sisters about this. You've got a wealth of information at your fingertips if you will only ask them. Whatever anyone, myself included, tells you here would be better taken with a grain of salt but if it is coming from your sister it should be on the level.
I will say that anal doesn't have to hurt and for a great many women it feels pretty good but the key is to want to do it, use lube, learn to relax and then be able to enjoy it. If you're tense then it wouldn't feel good to you. Once again, talk to your sisters.
