I'd have to agree with everyone else I'd keep the surprise a surprise.

But I'd definately send them a letter or package to be delivered to their homes explaining how much joy they added to my life.

Little moments is all we get in life, gatta squeeze every moment of joy out of each one you get.

I would simply enjoy dinner and the people there until it was time for them to go. Then I would tell them my news with a smile. I would ask that they not mourn because I know that I will be in a better place. I would also have to tease them some by telling them that maybe God will make me an angel so I can help keep them out of trouble!

I would make a point to talk with everyone there and make sure they had a great time. I would not mention my soon to be last moments here on earth.
I think I would want to make sure that they saw me at my best and smiling because that is how I would want them to remember me.
