One of the deadliest and most painful is pancreatic cancer. The mortality rate almost matches the incidence rate.
The absolute deadliest type of cancer is lung cancer.

All cancer is painful for the patient and the family.
But I have to agree that pancreatic cancer is the most deadly,from diagnosis to death most have six months or less, because it is a silent enemy and the symptoms appear to late to do any but palliative care and try to keep comfortable.There are some surgeries ,but it only adds more time not a cure.

i have to have major surgery in a few weeks so i don;t get that cancer in my pancaress ..my doctor said do it or 100percent i;ll get it and there s no cure..i;m scared as i have a 10yr son at home and I'm a single parent....i might not live thru this surgeries they have to cut out some intestines and roux which means redo them,,,,,,all cancers suck/and nobody deserves to go thru this hell called CANCER,,,,,,,,,,good luck,,,,
