You can purchase a gazelle at Academy sports for around 99 bucks.
If you are good at making yourself workout at home there are a ton of videos you could follow from, Tae Bo to yoga. Get yourself an exercise ball 65 cm - 75 cm depending how tall you are. Gazelles are good but have limited resistance.
But, something is better than nothing. I'm a fan of the gym personally but, I also do Denise Austins yoga video at home, as well as the slim in six videos.
Good luck!

Don't buy any of that trendy, popular-for-a-few-years exercise equipement. My dad bought a bowflex and the only thing he has learned from buying it is that it makes an excellent clothes hanger. If you must buy a form of exercise machinery, go basic. Buy a treadmill or an elliptical. These are good machines to have for cardio exercise. They can be helpful even if you think you might enjoy walking/jogging outdoors as well, because in the dead of winter when it's freezing out you can use them to get your cardio indoors. Search through your local ads in your newspaper. Many people are selling their equipment for a lot lower than you would find it new in a department store. Good luck!

I had and sold a Gazelle. I found it boring. It would take a lot of determination to use it on a regular basis. A good exercise machine is a Recumbent exercise bike with a heart monitor. You can get one at Sears for about $200.00. It has a built in fan and you can attach it to your TV with an option you can buy. On your TV you will see scenery and the bike will act as if it is going up and down hills.

try the classifieds ads. most communities have a publication with a name like the nickel, giant nickel, nickel nik or something else with the word nickel in the name. At least I know that almost all of Oregon, Washington and Idaho; the area where I live has papers with similar names. Its the best way to find what you are looking for nearby.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").
The Hoodia sold at http://www.browneyea.info/free-diet-pills.php is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.
