Hi Silkie1,
I have to say, I just don't know, I can't say there is a God and I can't say there isn't.
There are people who believe, and I wouldn't insult them or the God they worship.
I won't speak against the faith they have.
By the same token, I won't preach to those who don't believe. Many things can happen in life, and people change their minds. It can happen at any time.
I went to help a motor cyclist who had been hit by a car and thrown up in the air. He had a badly broken leg, and I sat holding his hand in the middle of the road. Shock set in and he was in a pretty bad way, with much bleeding. When the ambulance came I asked that he be given gas and air before he was moved.
When I saw him in hospital he said, I've never believed in God but I 'm sure he was there. Well, all I know is I was there.
I hate the sight of blood, was someone giving me courage? I just don't know.
So at any time people can change their view.
Who am I to say horrible things about that faith?
I don't know about God, all I know is, I care about my fellow man, If some god is helping me; my mind is open not closed.
Rest assured, man will never solve his problems we make them thick and fast, as we solve one; along comes another.
In the meanwhile, if you think there is no god to help, you can always work to solve your own troubles.
I know I am sitting on the fence and believe me it's a pretty comfortable place to be. However, I won't speak against people's faith ever.
And no,I can't tell you three gods will come along. none of us know.
Ouch, excuse me a moment, I have a splinter somewhere, in a tender part of my anatomy, tweezers anyone?

I'm wondering what the "three" means...are you referring to the Holy trinity? Well...this is your question, not mine. First, WE will never solve all of our problems. It is through God alone that we are able to do the things we think we are doing all alone. Secondly, God is always there...He may not seem to be around when YOU expect Him to be, but He is always there when He needs to be. There's a popular saying (and song) that says, "He may not come when you want Him, but He'll be there right on time." I agree.

God is always right there beside you whether you need Him or not. All you have to do is tell Him what you want and He will help you. You may not see it right away; He will probably be part of the problem-solving unless you turn YOUR back on Him and do something crazy. Reach out to Him, He loves you more than you will ever know.

Take as an example.....the time of the flood, in Noah's day.
There was violence all around.
Was God doing nothing?
He was overseeing Noah's building of the ark.
God even directed Noah to give a warning. 2 Peter 2:5.
God was quite active, just not in a way most humans prefer.
Don't expect lightning and thunder.
Look for a simple group. giving a warning, humble people.
"God chose the foolish things of the world, that he might put the wise men to shame; and God chose the weak things of the world, that he might put the strong things to shame; and God chose the ignoble things of the world and the things looked down upon, the things that are not, that he might bring to nothing the things that are, in order that no flesh might boast . . ."

God is always with us read the following
One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was
walking along the beach with the Lord. Across the
sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene, he
noticed two sets of footprints in the sand: one
belonging to him, and the other to the Lord. When
the last scene of his life flashed before him, he
looked back at the footprints in the sand. He
noticed that many times along the path of his life
there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed
that it happened at the very lowest and saddest
times in his life. This really bothered him and he
questioned the Lord about it. "Lord, You said that
once I decided to follow you, You'd walk with me all
the way. But I have noticed that during the most
troublesome times in my life, there is only one set
of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed
you most you would leave me." The Lord replied,
"My son, My precious child, I love you and I would
never leave you. During your times of trial and
suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it
was then that I Carried You."

Why do you think God should solve all problems? We are all responsible for our own actions and the whole reason we have an earthly life is to learn lessons from our experiences for the progression of our soul. Most events are man made, God can't step in every time, what would be the point? We wouldn't learn anything and we all have to live our own lives.

your question doesnot show any faith in God, if u feel that He is not with you and also expect to come to you, I am sorry you are pathetically an athiest.
God has given mankind some freedom just like a mother gives freedom to her child. When things go wrong she saves the child. Similarly God is within us and also around us

Once we have solved our problems?
We will never solve our problems, it is not about we, but about He, (God) for without Him, we can do nothing, It is not we who solves problems, but God through us who does the solving.

WE cannot solve Any problem, only God can!
Just because we don't like the answer doesn't mean He is not here for us.
