and she loves milk. She would drink it all day of I would let her. She eats all baby food fruits and veggie and she eats small potions of mac and cheese and other things. I am not worried about her being obese. I am happy that she is eating. I want her to eat fresh fruit and we are working on that , but at least she eats the baby food.

What is your question? I would start her on fresh fruit now. Small peices so he wont choke. I take it she is on regular milk now so I would make sure that it is vitamen D. It is very good for the development of your child.

It is wonderful she loves milk but beware! My little cousin was the same way and now he is obese. At the age 5 he is on a diet. I would suggest skim milk as his doctor did and just start saying no like his mother had to learn. At meal time, make it a habit for everyone to eat fresh fruits and veggies togther lead by example. Praise her when she eats it. Positive reinforcement goes a long way with children. I hope that I helped/

Just make sure you are giving her adequate amounts of water also.... like for example my 14 month old eats her breakfast then i give her some milk, but for the rest of the day i give her water... just after every meal i give her about 4-6 oz of milk... Are you giving her whole milk? She needs Vitamin D for her bones. Stay away from alot of juice which is usually high in sugar. Look at the background on the two sides... are there any obesity in the family? if you are really unsure of the amounts she intakes then talk to your pediatrician, they will point you in the right direction of how much she needs to be eating and what foods are great for her... but she does sound like she's doing fine!!

Milk is good for her, let her drink that instead of the juices and other drinks that are higher in calories and in sugar. You should be proud that your little one will drink milk, mine will only a little bit, so I worry about his lack of calcium

sounds very normal. I would encourage the fresh fruit though. she will end up constipated with all the dairy otherwise.
