In response to an earlier answer. Moseley old hall is in moseley, not wolverhampton (shockingly) and boscobel house isnt even in the same county as wolverhampton!

You must have it mixed up with another place. Wolverhampton rocks! I have to leave here periodically just to avoid getting overstimulated.

Where do I start? Here are a few goodies:
1. Ladbroke Stadium is the home of the hugely successful Wolverhampton Speedway team, which competes in the Elite League - the top league of this fast and dangerous motorcycling sport. Meetings comprise of 15 races covering four laps of the 400m track - each race only lasts between one and two minutes so you get some idea of the speeds involved.

2. Moseley Old Hall is a beautiful Elizabethan house famous for being the hiding place of Charles II after the Battle of Worcester. The Hall boasts oak panelling and beautiful furniture whilst the enclosed grounds have a walled garden, arbour, herb garden, topiary and knot garden. This house is definitely worth a visit and there is an exhibition and tearoom in the barn.

3. Boscobel House:
The story of how Charles II hid in an oak tree to avoid his enemies after the Battle of Worcester in 1651 is the stuff of legend - and this is where it all happened. The house, and the tree, lie about eight miles north-west of Birmingham on a minor road between the A41 and A5 (signposted) and the site is currently run by English Heritage. Don't expect a huge stately home - the house is a modest timber-framed affair, but it is attractive and has been fully refurbished. There are various events, including historic reconstructions, held throughout the year.

4. Nightlife around here is fab. There are some great clubs and places to visit. It's definitely not boring by any stretch of the imagination. The clubs have brilliant atmosphere, nice people, and music that you can dance to all night. There are various bars, pubs and clubs situated off the main town centre of Wolverhampton, everything is very close together with the furthest of the clubs being just a five minute walk.
After the night (or during) on the tiles there are plenty of takeaways and resturants to be visited! The rock groups Slade, The Mighty Lemon Drops, and the one hit wonder Babylon Zoo came from Wolverhampton, as do soul/ R&B singer Beverley Knight, Drum n Bass guru Goldie and record producer Carl M. Cox. Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin is also a Wulfrunian. Musician Jamelia lives in Wolverhampton with her mother and daughter. Wolverhampton has a number of live music venues; the biggest is technically the football ground, the Molineux stadium, but the biggest indoor venue is Wolverhampton Civic Hall, with a standing capacity of 3,000.

5. Wolverhampton Racecourse is located at Dunstall Park, just to the north of the city centre. This was one of the first all-weather horse racing courses in the UK and is Britain's only floodlit horse race track. There is also greyhound racing at Monmore Green

6. The City's Arts & Museums service, run by the council, covers three sites: Wolverhampton Art Gallery, home to England's biggest Pop Art collection after that held at the Tate; Bantock House, a fine historic house with Edwardian interior and also museum of Wolverhampton set in Parks and Gardens; Bilston Craft Gallery with exhibitions of contemporary crafts. Eagleworks Studio in the suburb of Chapel Ash, run by a small artist group, which has periodic exhibitions and group shows.

7. The Grand Theatre and the Arena Theatre are located in the city centre, with a multiplex Cineworld cinema located at Bentley Bridge, Wednesfield, and a smaller cinema, The Light House, housed in the former Chubb Buildings between the city centre and the rail station. While Cineworld caters mainly for popular tastes, showing Hollywood films and other big-budget films as well as some Bollywood films, The Light House shows a range of older and subtitled films as well as some selected new releases.

My only experience of Wolverhampton is a gig I attended at the Wulfrun Hall about five years ago. I enjoyed it so I can't really say Wolverhampton was boring. Sorry!

I aways found it intensely exciting. When we were kids we used to drive home through Wolverhampton at night after visiting my grandparents, and my father always used to tell us that there were wolves hiding behind the buildings. We believed it and to this day I associate Wolverhampton with wolves/werewolves, and the whiff of danger. Never been there though and I expect it's a dump, from your question.

Everything, ranging from breathing fundamentals, vocalizing exercises, techniques on singing high and low notes, how to not go off-key/out of tune/off-sync, musicianship and music theory, proper diction and articulation, and a lot more are covered, all in our native language. It can be quite technical in nature, but it really helps since it covers the musical aspect of singing deeply and not just concentrates on how to impress people with your vocal range, riffs and runs and other cliches that do not necessarily make one a complete vocalist.

It has grown up as an industrial town. I went on a welding course there and met some brilliant people and had a wonderful time but that was luck

dont know silly question, why is anything boring, it just is maybe there is a deep philosophical thought on this but mate it is just boring and there is nothing i can do to change that.
