The horn is behind the passenger side headlight assembly. you will have to remove the front grill and headlight assembly to replace it. But check the relay and fuse first. They are located in the engine compartment fuse box next to the air filter.

Do you want to replace it cause its bad or because its not loud enough?
If its bad, all you need to do is probably change out the fuse for a new one. Go to the fuse box open it and borrow a fuse tester, the one that is bad is probably the horn.
So if you want to replace it cause its not loud enough, you might want to call Dodge technical support, they should be able to tell you over the phone how you can do it, most likely they are going to tell you to go to a dealer and get this done, otherwise you are voiding the warranty.

Try a CHILTON's guide. (Other brands may be available as well.) They should offer detailed information on both the horn and the wiper fluid reservoir. Good luck.
