Why not try Veet they have a specialised product for the bikini line and its just like a cream you put on and then shower/sponge it off.. pain free and its just like moisturising.. i had a bad experience with wav strips i was told by a friend it didnt hurt and so i went along with it .. damn i nearly screamed the house down! shaving is ok but when it grows back it gets really itchy and you don't want to feel like itching all the time with people thinking you've got crabs lol! pop down to boots and see what they have 2 offer .. they'll sort you out in no time.. theres loadz of solutions for easy pain free removal of unwanted bikini line hair! hope this helped! = D

Electrolysis.

A good electrolysis will deliver the right modality to reduce the discomfort.

I prefer a pulsing blend.

I am having my beard trimmed and around the lip is much more sensative than the bikini line.

They use a pulsing blend which allows them to distract my nerve ending with a small alternating current which causes me not to even feel the higher direct current.

I can grow a full beard in a week and the skin on my face where they treated so far is like baby's bottom.

The key is to get the right Electrologist and stick to the treatment program for 12-18 months.

I've found that Sally Hansen's hair remover smells better and doesn't burn the way Nair's does. Shaving leaves bumps and it'll be itching the next day. Not fun.

Of course NOTHING takes the place of waxing...so long as you can take the pain and can afford to have it professionably done.

Shaving. Use a good shave gel, such as Bikini Zone. Make sure your razor is sharp and fresh. Also a good trick I heard of is to exfoliate the area prior to shaving, then apply a small amount of moisturizer after shaving.

Not sure if its painful or not, but you could try laser hair removal. Its a little expensive, but you won't have to worry about removing the hair there anymore.

I just shave with a regular razor and shaving creme. Wax hurts too much.
