Sometimes guys (specially the young ones) act weird when a girl likes them. Instead of being nice they might be mean even if they like you back. It's like they don't know how to act, they think since you like him they can get away with it.

i think you have to think about how that laughter made you feel.
if it hurt your feelings then i think i would tell that person so and then see how they react to that....you dont want someone so immature about his feelings that your feelings arent safe with him, do you?
