The Vet says that they will get larger and eventually go away. He says to not worry about them unless they are bleeding. He knows that they are getting bigger and says that there is nothing he can do at this time and that we should just let them take their natural coarse.
Bottom line is they are nasty looking and I don't want them in my 4 month old dogs mouth.
What are your thoughts on this?

My friends dog recently had this. It is actually HPV. Dogs can get it from other dogs. It is very common in puppies and usually not seen in dogs over 2 years of age. There is nothing that can be done to get rid of them and nothing to speed up the process. They will eventually go away and there shouldn't be any recurrence of it. Many puppies get it from other puppies when they lick one another in the mouth area. Vets aren't going to remove them. They will heal and go away. Also I should add that the HPV cannot be transmitted from your dog to yourself.

Without actually seeing it, its hard to say. The vet will probably have to sedate your dog (depending on the actual size) to remove it. I have seen the cauliflower type warts before, they are harmless, just ugly. As dogs get older too they get warts, skin tags and fatty tumors.

My dog had them on his..butt...and I had them removed.
And they never went away and yes they got larger and eventually opened up and bled and it was nasty, after he got them cut off, he felt a lot better.

find another vet. they need to be removed and nope they won't disappear. i can't understand why a vet would say they will go away.
