The answer to this question is YES.

I just ran a check and came up with the auction listed below. To quote the seller:

1. Whoever carries on his person this crucifix, may gain an indulgence.

2. For devoutly kissing the Crucifix, an indulgence is gained.

3. Whoever says one of the following invocations before this crucifix may also gain an indulgence. "Our Father who art in heaven, forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us". "I beg the Blessed Virgin Mary to pray to the Lord our God for me".

4. Whoever, habitually devout to this Crucifix, will fulfill the necessary conditions of Confession and Holy Communion, may gain a pleanary indulgence on the following feasts: On the feasts of the Five Wounds of Our Lord, the Invention of the Holy Cross, the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, the Immaculate Conception, and the Seven Dolors of the Blessed Virgin.

5. Whoever at the moment of death, fortified with the Sacraments of the Church, or contrite of heart, in the supposition of being unable to receive them, will kiss this Crucifix and ask pardon of God for his sins, and pardon his neighbor, will gain a plenary indulgence.

Needless to say I have put a bid in on this item which at $3.99 is a real deal. I though for sure that I would have to spend at least 10% of my income.

Watch out world, hear I come, I've got a license to sin and Ima gonna use it. As soon as my indulgence cross comes in the mail, I'm headed strait for the nearest brothel, with a bottle of Jack Daniels, an attitude and a defective prophylactic.

Shipping was $1.99, damn that's 50%, always gotta be a catch somewhere

Only to people who don't know that the Catholic church stopped selling indulgences a few centuries ago :)

Only if you are the Pope, and even then you would have to be a Catholic to gain any benefit, only one Pope ever did this and that was Pope Julius if I remember(selling but not on ebay) so it ain`t gonna happen, there was enough trouble the first time.

I tried it already. I'm not even a Catholic and I don't even believe in God, so I thought I was being clever by pretending to be pious and offered several of them for sale on eBay.
There were no takers, and I ended up losing money.

Since indulgences aren't for sale, no.

Only if your are a Pardoner or a Summoner, I think there are turf wars over this kind of thing...

No...what you are selling has to actually exist. You can bet that if it was possible, someone would be doing it.
