We are on a very tight budget and I do not want the typical fall wedding themes (leaves and such). Trying to go for a very simple but elegant decor within my budget means. Any other suggestions and pictures if you can would be great! (will be doing this myself so the easier the DIY the better...lol)

Take blocks of wood in differing heights and paint them dark brown. Tie a baby blue grosgrain ribbon around each one. Place a small white candle at the top of each block.

Each table should have 3 or 5 blocks/candles at the center.

Or, paint a wooden (or sturdy cardboard box) dark brown, arrange simple white flowers so that you can only see the blossoms coming out of the top of the box. Tie baby blue ribbon around the box in a neat knot or pretty bow.

Best of luck to you!

Not sure how much you want to spend or are willing to but here are a few . . .

1) buy some different shaped boxes and brown wrapping paper and blue ribbon. Wrap them and arrange them in the middle of the table.

2) I bough glass bowls from michaels (a box of 18 ended up costing me $100 bucks with a 50% off coupon from the mail) I bought glass paint from hobby lobby and some tape/templates and painted the glass bowls with different patterns and put a candle in them on the center of the table.

You could do a centerpiece with coffee beans! That way it'll smell good and be affordable. You can put blue ribbon/fabric in a clear bowl and mix some coffee beans throughout.

Blue hydrangea! You can buy them wholesale and assemble them yourself in a vase.
