Did someone suffer? god likes suffering.
Fasting, jesus dying on the cross, etc...
Okay, so jesus paid for your sins, who'd he pay ?
The devil ?
god ?
Hmm...

Toughest question in all of The Faith. The only way is to (as St. Paul says) "pray without ceasing". And - you must also be willing to say "thy will be done" in your prayers...and mean it.
For me, it's a feeling of lightness....that I am on the right path and things are clearer and fall into place more readily.
But that is not always so. Sometimes the "will of God" takes me through some real hard places - because it's His will that I learn a few things along the way!

1. If the Word backs it up. For instance...it would never be God's will that a person go to hell, as the Bible says that God wishes all to be saved.
2.If it registers right with your heart, with the inner knowing you have inside, the Holy Spirit. It isn't a feeling...as we should never be feeling led..but a knowing, an inward witness.

Well, anything that falls in line with the principles that are outlined in God's Word, the Bible, is His will. So we can understand His will by reading the Bible, understanding the underlying principles, and applying them in our daily lives.

Find out what God's will is and compare.
That would be done through a STUDY (not just reading) the Bible.
