Do you want your hair to still look naturally curly or do you want it to look like you used products? If you want it to look natural and loosen up your curls a little I recomend the soft curl cream. I f not use the other one.

I would think that the soft curl cream is going to have a softening effect on your hair. Hard curl cream-like a gel effect. I would go with the soft. I hate the greased look!
