Is there an easy button on my toolbar I can use?

What breed are you looking to buy? I know of several breeders there and they have English translation in their sites. I have gotten dogs from there for many years.

No, there isn't. Also, most reputable breeders don't advertise on the Internet anyway; if they do, you can't purchase online or even get a price. Your best bet would be call, even if it's international. Many people in Germany speak English.
Oh, I thought you meant a computer setting, but you mean Google. To the right of the search bar, there is a link that says "language tools." Click that. It's tricky. It won't help you much, though, since you will still need to call the breeders because they most likely won't sell their pups online. Perhaps you know someone who could translate for you?

You should be able to copy the german and paste it into the window of an online translator.

Usually, when you see the website listed, there will be "translate this page" next to it. What breed?

Why Germany, there are alot of dogs that need rescuing in this country.
