keep in touch daily and showing his care for me. For instance good morning messages or a call before going to bed saying that i just wanted to hear your voice. Just be yourself, show that you still care and want her back, but dont be "overprotective"! Give her some time and space. Only some warmth will melt her again! Good-luck!

I have recently broke up with my bf cause i doubted him to much, no he didnt cheated on me, it was that he said he was goin to do things and never did, so i told him if i doubt him and will doubt the relationship and the only way i will get him back is if he would change is way and i dont mean change it for a week then go back to what he use to do, but apparently he cant change, but the guy would have to prove himself to the girl, if she didnt trust him, he would have to earn her trust, etc.

Ther had to of been a reason she broke up with you. So let it ride out for a little. Come back talking to her with 100% confidence and try your hardest to let her know you need her and your nothing without her. Just be truthful. Must likely she will come back. Just give it time.

good luck!

fix whatever was wrong and caused the breakup. be willing to meet them halfway. changes need to be made, and it is shown by their actions. focus on that relationship and have no other priorities except that.
