That peace has never left me.

Wasn't Nemesis a goddess of retribution?
I don't have a personal Nemesis.

Just the Lord God, and His Son Jesus the Christ.

The nemesis needs do nothing; the work comes from within one's own self. Forgiveness and loosening the ties of resentment and bad feeling are keys. Replacing the bad feelings with feelings of peace and joy, plucked from your own store of memories, helps bring in peace as well. Jesus said to love your enemies and to pray for them: praying for an enemy also is very helpful in allowing you to find peace.

In my personal experience, replacing resentful feelings with peaceful ones have not only changed me, but those who I had formerly viewed with distaste.

There is nothing that anyone can do to acheive peace with each other. When you have true peace on the inside, all hell can break loose, and you'll be cool. Real peace comes from Christ, and the change that He makes in your heart.

I do not have a personal nemesis.
As a Christian, my nemesis is Satan. If he were to surrender to God, that would be cool. Since I don't see that happening (God states otherwise in Revelations), then I will not make peace with Satan.

My peace is my responsibility - not my enemy's. Their peace is their responsibility in the same way. And if we quarrel - it is a good idea to talk it out. It is also a good idea for both of us to forgive the other person.
