when the pc boots the OS it give me option but if i can't give response upto 8 sec then it automatically boots Linux How does one change the boot priority? from linux to win xp

What boot manager are you using.

Grub or Lilo

go to the configuration file and change it.

If windows is handling your boot go to the configuration file

(boot.ini) there and change it. Or you can right click My Computer and go to properties and in the advanced tab you can change the start up and recovery settings.

idk if tit doesnt let you but just keep pressing f2 when you start it up until it lets you
