ok so i was on my school swim team and one day when we had a swim meet at our school on the way to the pool i noticed this guy on the other team and i immedietley liked him...and the wierd thing is that every time i looked at him he was already looking back and i know this is wierd but i felt this connection...but i dont know if its a real connection or the ind telling me to back ....but after the connection i got i couldnt get him out of my mind
Everybody who i have told this to tells me i dont really have a chance bc he goes to another school and we only see each other at swim meets but still i flet this connection but plzzz help im stuck???

I don't know how old you are, and what kind of person you are..
But if you like a guy, do you usually go to that guy, and have a chat? Are you shy? Or do you think the guy is way too pretty for you. In above cases it has nothing to do with falling in love. But if you really have this inside sparkle which you cant let go, and you think he feels the same about you, then find out where he lives, goes to school etc. and take the first step. Or else you may regret the fact that you've done nothing for the rest of your life. Grab all your guts together and make the best of it!!

The only way to know is to go up to him and talk to him and exchange phone numbers. Unless you are both psychic, there's no way the "connection" will stay "connected". Don't let others discourage you from meeting him. What's the worst that could happen? If he's not interested, then it's one of many crushes that you will experience. Good luck!

why are they saying you don't have a chance? Sounds to me like you have plenty of opportunity to do something about this. Why don't you smile and say hello to him at the next swim meet? If he likes you too he'll say hello back then you can take it from there. You'll have plenty of things to talk about too, as you share the same hobby: you could ask him about his fitness programme, or for his advice on how to fit homework in around swimming...

This is easy.
The very next time you see this guy, you walk you to him and introduce yourself. Ask him if he'd like to join you after school for a Starbucks or something.
I can't imagine what his going to another school has to do with anything.
My husband and I went to completely different schools, in different cities and we still managed to meet.

just because he goes to a different school doesn't mean you don't have a chance! you've both seen each other already, and clearly there was an attraction. i'm assuming if you were both at the same meet then the school is fairly local...go for it girl!

i wish you luck, ask him ( after swimming meats) to go to the pool with you for one last race- one on one. Then when he wins ( you swim slowwer ) say " wow" you're really great. Then, just start talking......
