I've recently stopped drinking and I stopped smoking 15 years ago.

Seems like my energy has no bound...I can climb a flight of stairs at full sprint after a 10 km jogg...

Am I pushing my body too far?

Can I run 10km a day everyday until I die or might i do damage to my muscles and body?

Am I too old to exercise this vigorously? Is it bad for my body somehow?

I'm not overwheight and no heart disease history in my family.

But this time they are doing the Walt Disney World Goofey -- A half marathon on one day followed by a full marathon on the next. I think you'll be fine. At your age, try to walk instead of running.
Cold weather is not good to run in.
Just exercise every other day and get some B vitamins.
Runnin is bad for feet.
Dont overdo it or u will ache like arthiritiz.
Do some yoga, arobics in your home, gardening is good
exercise in the spring and summer.
