One minute he's talking to me heaps.The next hardly at all. We smile,we laugh,play tricks on eachother,have good eye contact and he likes to keep the conversation going if i talk to him first. Then sometimes he barely looks at me when we are talking. Sometimes he does stand close and then other times not so close. If i'm standing by myself he will come and stand next to me sometimes and start talking. then sometimes he is louder than normal.There are so many other things that point to him liking me .He is nearly 16 years older and single which makes me doubt that i would ever have any sort of chance. I love when he is sweet but it's getting on my nerves with the hot and cold business. do you think he likes me or not?

Chances are, he is also trying to read you and isn't sure you're interested. See, the thing is, sometimew women that are interested act just like a woman that isn't. We have all had that girl that gives us eye contact and smiles when we talk and all that and she just wants to be friends and we say to ourselves "I could have sworn she was into me." You want the hot and cold to stop, make a move. Let him know you're interested.

It sounds like he's trying to make up his mind about you. Just treat him as a friend, and let him work up the nerve to make a move if he's going to. If not, just enjoy the friendship.
