try a wrap while working out... by wrap i mean wrap your back with a bandage or saran... they make wraps you can buy but why waste money... Do an arobic workout and sweat... it will work!!! Fat on your arms.... like if its between your elbow and armpit... then do tricep presses.... You lean forward on a bench with a light weight and push your arm back... so your arm is parallel with the floor and do reps like this... say 3 sets of 10 and if you dont feel the burn then you need to up the weight... but form is better than weight.... do this every other day... (tear the muscle down then build it up again... it will replace the fat in a few months

exercise in the pool is the best way! and a bicycle helps too it`s a really good way for losing a fat back! and for your arms there is a chines massage what make you lose wight in very short time! but before all this you have to control your food! you shouldn't`t eat food with a lot of Mayo or with oil! coz a mayo it`s the first reason for a fatty back!

ha. none of those answers sound right. But laying on your stomach, place your hands on the back of your head (Opposite of a situp.) & pull up. 50 of these a day are great for your back. I do these for my back fat and problems. Also in the same postition but with you arms laying at your side and elbows toward the ceiling, fingers pointed, lift you arms together, towards the ceiling then back by your side. I do this for my arms after i work my back...50 times is a good start. I would work you way up. GoodLuck.( if available, like said, swimming also works.)

i agree, I swam for 7 years and it works out everything. I am also very thin but have fatty areas since I stopped swimming.

sit straight.....dont crouch and sit. walk alot..... walk on the treadmill if possible. and also swim alot.... for arms, keep revolving ur arms in the 360 degrees way...if u got my point... do it regularly....
