need to find a dentist for children that accepts medicaid in south tampa?

I am in Tampa also. I called a pediatric dentist in South Tampa and they said that :

Dr. Dooms--630-0013 is the only one they know of that takes Medicaid Patients. They accept patients starting at age 6. Their address is 7875 Palm River Road, The Clair Mel City Area. That is between 301 and 41, south of state road 60, at 78th street.

call up the number on the back of your medicaid care and ask them for a list or a few names or a website where you can see a list of dentists that accept it. They should know of some.

sorry. good luck. most dentist do not want to be bothered with medicaid. actually most doctors in general. Maybe try the phone book and call all the pediatric dentists and ask them if they knwo of anyone

I know that here in Pennsylvania, the insurance card I have actually has a website to locate physicians of all kinds, that accepts my state provided insurance.....
