xp theme without installing vista tools?

i have some theme for win xp that i should install "vista tools" before these themes works. isn't there any way to dont need install vista tools so that themes works?

.ok in case you elect to apply some subjects of vista attempt vistamizer it is going to such as you.do not get carry of vista transformation it is going to break your dll and different courses.in case you prefer greater subjects merely email me.
