didn't finish the question but you can eat some raisins or take iron pills to help raise your iron levels...Also - I would see a doctor as well.

Just a suggestion, go to a health food shop and they will have various products to increase your iron levels... my mother (50) recently found she was low in iron when she went to donate blood. The products she has been taking have really improved her energy levels (and a recent blood test showed her iron levels had in fact increased also.)
Getting a check up by your GP after taking these products can't do any harm, although it may take up to three months for your levels to increase (for mum it was just 3 weeks.) The naturopath/health food store assistant should be able to explain all of this better than I.
Also ensure you are eating enough red meat... hope you're not a vegetarian!
Cheers

I hope you have gone to the doctor and this is a medical diagnosis. A friend of mine who is vegetarian had the same problem.
If you have had the workup for iron deficiency anemia, your physician should be treating it.
If you are not taking your meds and getting your monthly b12 shot, you need to find another MD

Has your doctor tested you for aenemia? You should eat lots of food with iron, spinach is great, or take a supplement pill. If you haven't been to the doctors, go asap.
