Sounds like you are having a migraine. Take 3 advil lay down in a dark room turn the phone and any noise maker off and go to sleep. See if that will help. If not go to the doctor or ER if it is still unbearable. I have suffered from them for over 8 years and have now started taking med to keep them from coming on a weekly basis. Hope you feel better.

hi yolly, well, have you been out in the sun too long, ie heatstroke?
is there a flu or tummy wog going round where you live?
do you have any visual disturbances with it? ie a borderline migraine can cause light and vision and sound and nausea issues.if you are dehydrated? or havent eaten cos you feel lousy that only makes it worse! try black tea, boiled rice, apple, as they will help your tummy if its a stomach problem and your head if its a lack of food issue.
and i also have found a sometimes cure for headaches, i rub my neck and temples with an arthritis oil i have , contains aspirin, dermal absorption to the area is good. called golden eagle brand..obscure, try asian markets about 6$ a bottle lasts ages!
and take panadol or aspirin depending what you prefer.

If the headache is toward the front and behind the eyes, you probably have sinus pressure. Any headache can cause you to have occassional nausea. The weather is so freaky recently and alot of folks are getting ill.

Try taking pink Migraleve. It is a pain killer but an anti nausea drug as well. It will rule out stress headaches.
If your headache persists after taking migraleve, or if it comes back then go to the doctor.

Your symptoms can be signs of any number of conditions. These could be stress related or could be something else. You should consult a doctor who can evaluate your condition as there are many other question that need to be answered. Have you been sick to your stomach? Have you been sexually active recently? Do you have small sores inside your mouth? Does your urine have a different colour? As you can see a Doctor will know best by qualifying on your symptoms
