The same think keeps happening with ours. You need to phone up the sky helpdesk and someone will ask you the type of TV and then get you to type in a series of numbers into the remote control. This sets the remote control to the new TV... eventually (it took ages for the helpdesk to find the right number for our TV, and I have given up trying now!).

On the sky remote press: interactive
then: sky active
scroll over to: customer support
scroll down to: set up sky remote
follow instructions its idiot proof

Yes i have this problem but think you have a code or some thing, but i dont have the booklet so maybe ringing sky that might answer your question. Sorry i could not be of much help to you

Turn the volume all the way up on your tv then all the way down on sky plus thats how i do it so when you turn up on sky plus it works if that make sense?
