Fried bananas with brown sugar and cream. Its a knockout! Yes I have made it - it is very simple. I think I got one of those card recipes from Sainsburies. Just slice the bananas length ways and chuck in some brown sugar at a fairly low heat and add some cream. Very quick

Cherry Cream pie, got the recipe years ago from sister-in-law. Takes 15 min to make and tastes like a million bucks.

Fresh Strawberry pie!
I went to a U-Pick strawberry farm one year and spent a few hours picking my own strawberries. When I paid for my berries I rec'd a recipe pamphlet with a very simple recipe for Strawberry pie. I made one and served it to my Dad for Father's Day with my Mom's homemade whipped cream..... ahhhh! It was scrumptious!
