i live in kolkata and i have to speak fluent hindi in order to get a job. i am a bengali and i do not have much time in hand. please help me out

If u really wanna learn hindi , for theory u can learn from any person who knows hindi. But for practical knowledge which i personally feel is more important, u can do the following things:
a) if posted in north india, accept it immediately.
b) keep watching channels like sony, star,zee which will automatically make u master of hindi. (set top box is recommended if channels not available)
I am seriously not a media person but a true lover of hind (I am a tamilian working at Delhi)

come to kerala where there are many communication skill programs which teaches hindi.
