I would go to sleep at maybe 2 am. And wake up at 5 am. I'm not tired at the time when I wake up but I get really tired in the afternoon. I take like a 5 hour nap.

You have reset your body's internal rest cycle (circadian cycle). You need to get it back to a normal sleep pattern, i.e. 10:00pm to 7:00am. (I don't know what time you get up in the morning for school but you need to get AT LEAST 8 hours of sleep). You're going to need to slowly get your cycle back on track. The best way to do this is:
1) DO NOT drink anything with caffeine or eat chocolate after 12:00 noon.
2) Turn off the TV and stay off the phone, computer starting at 9:00pm and go to bed and read or listen to soothing music for an hour before you go to sleep at 10:00.
3) You MUST stop taking naps in the afternoon. You're in a bad pattern now and you must break it by each day sleeping a little less and going to bed earlier.
In answer to your question, no it is not normal and can be very harmful to your health if you don't do something about it now.

Some people have different internal clocks, which is why some can never be able to adjust to different hours.
In general most people especially at age 12 need to sleep at night and sleep from 8 to 10 hours. It would be best to talk to your parents or even a school nurse about this.
I was always a night person preferring little to no sleep at night, and napping a couple of hours during the day.
It is important to get enough sleep though. So check with your parents on this.

I am a nurse and it sounds to me like you have to get your body back on the "normal" time clock. you are taking a nap when you should be awake. so you need to stay awke through what would be normal nap time for you. it will be hard, but you need to get back on the right schedule. what about school? How do you function? you are definitely hurting yourself, and this lack of proper sleep, and throwing your whole system off kilter will cause physical problems. you can get ill easily on lack of sleep. I have been there and done that. TRUST ME, YOU DON'T WANT THAT!!! GOODNIGHT AND SWEET DREAMS

Try and stop the naps. That's what's disrupting your sleep at night.
