By how Christ-like they are. Even Jesus said that not everyone who runs to him saying "Lord, Lord!" shall enter Heaven. He'll say, "Depart from me ye who works iniquity."

I guess even some of the believers won't be forgiven.

Also there's something about telling how good a tree is by the fruit it gives off, so not all the pastors and their congregations will make it, perhaps.

Good question. I am a Christian, but I struggle with my bad language, and yes I need to clean it up. We are all human, and not sinless by anymeans. I love Jesus will all my heart, and love the Father too, but I still struggle with sin. I think you should messure Christians by how Christ like they are. But the bible says that he who says he does not sin is making God to be a lier, because God said there is not one rightous, not one. How true that is. The very important thing is know that we have sinned against God and repent, even though we do not always feel like it. Repenting is very important, and forgiving all thoes that have come against us in a bad way. It is hard living the Christian like but the alternative is worse. (Hell)

Be Christ-like is more important. To demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit in our lives is true spiritual maturity.

I measure their words against their actions. Do they practice what they preach? If not, then I normally don't even pay any attention to that person. But I do that to everyone... not just Christians.

I've met a lot more non-Christians who were Christ-like than those who claim to follow the teachings of Jesus.

In the final analysis it is Christ alone who can judge us,having said this it is far better to attract unbelievers to Christ by being another Christ for them.

worship is only true worship if we offer our bodies as living sacrifices to Him. We can worship all we want and it will not be acceptable to God if our lives do not reflect the love and grace of Jesus.

We don’t measure Christians, but one who is obedient to The Lord will look for people’s potential, and help them reach it.
