Because conservatives like the lemon in the White House use Jesus for political purpose. Don't forget that he gave 'Big Oil' a $2 Billion tax break (they're not making enough) and then gave us Jesus instead of a break at the gas pump. He knows what he's doing.

we could see, Jesus's teachings as i understand them: - human beings could marry their soulmates and not in any respect stray. - Scribes fill the bible with lies - Pharasees enforce the words of the e book without the spirit of the guidelines. - some human beings do no longer could be married, this would not cause them to evil. - end choosing on human beings - concentration on self progression first and optimal. - human beings will say they're 'In Christ' whilst they have no longer something to do with him. Oh, and Paul isn't Jesus. genuinely, by using crimson letter standards, liberals are not quite that undesirable off.

They oppose only mandatory teaching and worship illegally forced into the public sector (that is, they support the US Constitution and the intentions of America's Founding Fathers).
Name one liberal opposed to the personal worship and teaching of any god. You can't, can you?
Are lying and distortion taught at your church or was this your own idea?

Jesus was a liberal Jew, why do most of his followers forget that. If you really want to be a follower of Jesus, sell all your belongings and give the money to the poor and become poor yourself. I don't see any Televangelists doing that.

Why do Christians automatically assume those who disagree with Christianity are "liberals?"
You need to listen to someone other than Rush Limbaugh or Ann Coulter.

Nobody is against his teachings. Many people just don't like the direction Paul took Christianity.

It's amazing I was just talking about this very topic yesterday to my Christian brother.
He said many get mad because Jesus said ....'no man comes to the father except through me"
So they take offense to this. We conservative Christians except this, there is no other way to God/heaven but through Jesus who is the christ who died for our sins, that whoever follows him will be saved.
