Dominican Rebuplic, Puerto Plata resort name was Riu Bachata. I just got back on Friday and it was awesome. It cost around $2600 Canadian for me and my girlfriend. The food is all prepared and washed in purified water so you don't have to worry about stomach sickness and things like that. If you decide to take a day trip off the resort, all the companies that handle customers from this resort must also prepare their food in purified water. The staff was amazing and the animation team did not just hit on all the woman. These are the people who organize games and event for the guests. We spoke with people from other resorts and they all complained that the staff all tried to pick up the woman the whole time. I'm 30 and my girlfriend is 27 , we were just about the youngest people there but we still had tons of fun. Hopefully you like RHUM because it is cheaper than the water and its all inclusive baby. Although I did experience my worst hangover of my entire life. Word of advise don't be the person who arrives the first day and drinks their face off out by the pool and gets completely burnt. Just about every new group of people has a couple of people who are lobsters for the rest of the trip. There are some awesom day strips you can go on as well. Catamaran boats ride with food and drink all inclusive with snorkeling and diving if you wants. We also went on a shopping trip where we stopped at a RHUM factory and purchased two 26 oz bottles of RHUM for about $4 US. Check Sunquest Vacation on the web that is where we fount this place
