I have flu I seriously need to get better as I have exams coming up and need to be at school.

Any tips to help me get better quick?

Lots of vitamin C in natural form (helps repair tissues), like citrus fruit, good sleep and lots of water (flu dehydrates your body). Go light on salt and caffeine - it negates the effectiveness of vit. C in your body. Don't do heavy exercise untill fully recovered (it can cause permanent damage to heart muscle).

Pleanty of fluids and bedrest is the best way to recover from the flu. Drink lots of oranje juice and water or other juices and eat chicken soup or broth if you can, stay in bed and rest your body. Also antiviral meds will help reduce the severity or length of the flu.
