How long did it take to se results? I've done 4 sessions in past week!

I did it for a while. It was good for strength and muscle toning. I was afraid I wouldn't feel it much but I did. It isn't a cardio work out at all though.

Pilates is tremendous. i become doing the treadmill & table certain bike for at the same time as, and it become taking continuously to get effects - i threw in pilates 3x per week - and that i talked about effects after a million week. my weight is one among an same, (perhaps lost 2 lbs) yet i'm extra tone, and it seems as although i lost 10 lbs. my hip length and waist length has decreased in length - no longer to point area's are a lot extra agency. attempt it, I doubt you'd be dissatisfied.
