Are there any pills I can take out there to control excessive oil producation (skin and hair)

1.dont put conditioner on your roots
2, try not to wash your hair for a wk it will natturally know its produceing too much oil or 3. go to your local salon and pick up shampoo fo oily scalp!

I'm not sure about skin, unless you just wash frequently. For hair, I use a shampoo labeled as a daily cleanser. Pro-V has one, and most hair salons sell the same type product. I have oil bad, but the shampoo does a lot for my hair. I use a skin cleaner (the liquid astringent) with a cotton ball to help with skin. There is no magic pill, that I know of. Eating less fatty foods helps, but I still have oil.

I dint know about pills, but to control oily hair, just wash your hair with real lemon juice every month or as needed. Use it like regular shampoo.
